Thank you to the 4,212 students who took part in the Library User survey in September. Your input is greatly valued as it enables the Library to ensure that we offer services and facilities that cater for your needs.

Congratulations to Sarah Nolan (at right), the winner of our major prize of $500 Prepaid Visa card.

Five students were also the lucky winners of a minor prize of a  $100 Visa Prepaid Gift Card each: Siyue Zheng, Saurabh Pathak, Yuxuan Zhang,  Mitali Kedia,  Vivien Chak Yuk Chow.

All prize winners were drawn randomly and all have now received their prize.

We know that the Library is important to students, so we appreciate your help in identifying areas we need to prioritise in coming years.

By looking at where a statement was rated as high in importance but the Library’s performance was rated low, we can see where users think we most need to improve.

The survey results have been analysed and compared with previous Monash survey results and with results of other university libraries in the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL) database. We will soon publish a summary of the findings along with our action plan.
